1. Where We Ship

We currently offer shipping to the United Kingdom and the United States. We are working on expanding to additional countries — stay tuned!

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase — so you always know what you are paying before you confirm.

3. Production Time

As all our products are printed on demand especially for you, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched. This is in addition to the shipping transit time.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

UNITED KINGDOM

5–10 business days from the date of dispatch

UNITED STATES

7–14 business days from the date of dispatch

Please note that these are estimates. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any delays within the postal network.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available). You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.

6. Customs and Import Duties

For international shipments, customs and import duties may occasionally be applied by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shop Printelle has no control over customs policies and cannot be held responsible for any delays or additional charges incurred.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Shop Printelle is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at shopprintelle@gmail.com — we can only make changes before the order enters production.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has significantly exceeded the estimated delivery window, please contact us at shopprintelle@gmail.com and we will do our best to investigate and resolve the issue.
