At Shop Printelle, your satisfaction is our top priority. Because all of our products are made-to-order and printed specifically for you, we operate under the following refund and return policy. Please read it carefully before placing your order.
1. Made-to-Order Products
All items in our store are custom printed on demand. This means we do not hold pre-made stock — each product is produced after your order is placed. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection.
We strongly encourage you to review the sizing guides provided on each product page before placing your order.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we sincerely apologise and will make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at shopprintelle@gmail.com with:

3. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If the item appears lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner. If the order is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
4. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, your order will already be in production and cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us immediately at shopprintelle@gmail.com if you need to cancel.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
