WHAT KIND OF PRODUCTS DO YOU SELL?
We sell premium print-on-demand products including T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, tote bags, and phone cases — all featuring unique, thoughtfully designed artwork.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE-TO-ORDER?
Yes! Every item is printed fresh just for you after your order is placed. This means your product is unique and made with care — it also means we do not hold pre-made stock.
CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM DESIGN?
We love custom requests! Please email us at shopprintelle@gmail.com with your idea and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?
Each product page includes a detailed sizing guide. We recommend checking it carefully before ordering, as we are unable to accept returns due to incorrect sizing.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom and the United States.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. You will see the exact cost before you confirm your purchase — no hidden fees.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Please allow 2–5 business days for production, plus shipping time. UK customers can expect delivery within 5–10 business days, and US customers within 7–14 business days from dispatch.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes, once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information where available.
Returns & Refunds
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Because all items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will absolutely resolve it for you.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED — WHAT DO I DO?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please email us at shopprintelle@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment options will be displayed at checkout.
IS IT SAFE TO SHOP ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Absolutely. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We never store your card details on our servers.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders and save your details for future purchases.
